By using iTec services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
2. Domain Registration
Domain registrations are subject to ICANN policies and the terms of the respective registry. You are responsible for maintaining accurate WHOIS information and renewing domains before expiration.
3. Hosting Services
Hosting plans include the resources and features described on the respective product pages. We guarantee 99.9% uptime for all hosting plans. Downtime exceeding this SLA entitles you to service credits.
4. Payment & Refunds
All hosting plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee. Domain registrations are refundable within the ICANN grace period (typically 5 days for gTLDs). Refund policies for ccTLDs vary by registry.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use our services for illegal activities, malware distribution, spam, DDoS attacks, or any activity that violates applicable laws. Violations may result in service suspension or termination.
6. Limitation of Liability
iTec is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kigali, Rwanda.
